Cypress Media Group partners with companies worldwide to provide exhibit design, exhibition design, trade show booth design, and trade show exhibit design to our clients. Our design team will work with you to find both the most impressive, functional design to meet your trade show marketing needs.
Our design process starts by asking you a simple question. "What are you trying to accomplish with your trade show exhibit?"
Once you understand your goals, budget, and past experience, our creative team starts working on designs that accomplish your goals and do so within your budget. Often our designers will confer with you throughout their work process to get more input from you and ensure they are headed in the right direction.
Our creative team produces ads for all major media and has over three decades experience working with both national and international companies, organizations, and causes.
We create ads for publications, radio, television, outdoor, and the Internet. We also create multi-media productions and all forms of new media marketing materials.
Q: What kinds of exhibit designers does your company use?
A: We use graphic designers who are skilled in designing graphics for booth graphics, collateral materials, and banner stands. We use exhibit designers to design the exhibit booth layout and components. The exhibit designers know the show rules for the various venues and shows so that the design complies with those rules.
Q: How many designers do you employ?
A: Because of the seasonal nature of the trade show industry and the creative demands placed on designers, we use a variety of part-time and freelance exhibit and graphic designers to provide what our clients need. It is difficult for a designer to constantly design for a long period of time and still be creative.
Q: Why have we experienced such difficulty in the past matching colors on our graphics?
A: Every printer will print different colors for the same graphic. If a substrate or ink is changed, the colors will also change. If a different digital camera or scanner is used, the colors will change. If a heat-curing or heat-transfer process is used to finalize an imprint, the colors will change. A solution for the problems listed above is color correction - the process of adjusting the colors in a graphic for a specific printer, substrate, or ink.
